Our sales desk is recruiting a Lead Generation Executive for an established employer in Aylesbury. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Prospect into target accounts by phone and email
- Run discovery calls to understand needs and timelines
- Book qualified meetings for account executives
- Keep the pipeline clean and accurate in the CRM
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns
- Learn the product and the market to progress into a closing role
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Confident cold calling, Diary management, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
