If you are a Environmental Impact Assessment Consultant based in or near Bognor Regis, we would like to hear from you. Our West Sussex clients have a steady flow of planning-led projects and need specialists who can deliver robust, defensible assessments to deadline.
What you will be doing
- Manage EIA screening, scoping and Environmental Statement production
- Coordinate technical chapter authors to programme
- Review assessments for consistency and robustness
- Carry out daylight, sunlight and overshadowing assessments
- Advise clients on planning risk and strategy
- Build long-term client relationships
What you need
- Consultancy, developer or local authority planning experience
- EIA screening, scoping and Environmental Statements, Coordinating technical specialists, IEMA membership
- Able to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Commercially aware and organised
- Right to work in the UK
