About this role
We are looking for Environmental Impact Assessment Consultant to join our clients in Southampton. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across City of Southampton that are growing their assessment teams.
What you will be doing
- Manage EIA screening, scoping and Environmental Statement production
- Coordinate technical chapter authors to programme
- Review assessments for consistency and robustness
- Carry out daylight, sunlight and overshadowing assessments
- Advise clients on planning risk and strategy
- Build long-term client relationships
What you need
- Consultancy, developer or local authority planning experience
- EIA screening, scoping and Environmental Statements, Coordinating technical specialists, IEMA membership
- Able to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Commercially aware and organised
- Right to work in the UK
