About this role
We recruit Fire Alarm Engineer for contractors and maintenance providers working throughout Paisley and the wider Renfrewshire region. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering with us puts you in front of several clients at once.
What you will be doing
- Second fix accessories, fittings and distribution boards
- Terminate and glanding of cables to specification
- Support testing, commissioning and snagging
- Work as part of a site team to agreed programme
- Complete relevant paperwork and test records
- Follow permit to work and isolation procedures
What you need
- Proven experience working as a fire alarm engineer
- FIA units, BS5839, ECS
- Good fault finding and diagnostic ability
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Right to work in the UK
