About this role
We recruit Probate Assistants for practices operating throughout Hereford and County of Herefordshire. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Advise on trusts, estate planning and Court of Protection matters
- Draft and review complex documentation
- Work with financial advisers and accountants
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD

- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- Probate admin experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
