About this role
Our Caerdydd – Cardiff clients have a standing need for a Probate Assistant, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Cardiff. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Handle estate administration from start to finish
- Prepare IHT forms and apply for grants of probate
- Deal with asset realisation and distribution
- Communicate with beneficiaries clearly and sensitively
- Keep accurate estate accounts
- Meet billing and file review requirements
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- Probate admin experience
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
