About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Intellectual Property Solicitor in Bournemouth. Our Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Manage your own caseload of matters from instruction to conclusion
- Advise clients clearly on options, risk and costs
- Draft correspondence, documentation and applications
- Liaise with other side, counsel and third parties
- Maintain files to SRA and firm compliance standards
- Meet agreed billing and chargeable hours targets
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
