About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Legal Aid Family Solicitor in Horsham. Our West Sussex clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Handle private family work including financial remedy
- Conduct client meetings and take detailed instructions
- Prepare and manage court bundles
- Liaise with counsel, experts and other side
- Maintain accurate attendance notes and file records
- Support the firm’s family department targets
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted, LAA franchise experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
