We have ongoing requirements for a Sales Development Representative in West Bromwich. Our West Midlands clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Contact homeowners or businesses who have shown interest
- Confirm needs, budget and availability
- Schedule surveys, demos or consultations
- Send confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows
- Keep accurate records of every lead
- Achieve weekly appointment and attendance targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Confident cold calling, Diary management, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
