About this role
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join one of our clients in Keighley. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Call warm leads and follow up quotes promptly
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
- Process orders and take payments over the phone
- Upsell and cross-sell where it suits the customer
- Keep customer records up to date
- Work as part of a supportive, target-driven sales team
What you need
- Proven background as a telesales executive, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
