About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Immigration Solicitor for clients in Kendal. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Westmorland and Furness for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Support immigration fee earners with case preparation
- Gather and check supporting evidence
- Draft routine correspondence and forms
- Maintain the case management system
- Keep clients updated on application progress
- Assist with Home Office correspondence
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, IAAS accreditation
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
