About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor for clients in Kendal. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Westmorland and Furness for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims
- Assess liability, quantum and prospects of success
- Obtain medical evidence and expert reports
- Negotiate settlements with insurers and other side
- Work within portal and fixed costs regimes where applicable
- Meet file management and billing targets
What you need
- Proven experience as a personal injury solicitor
- SRA admitted
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
