About this role
We are looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join one of our clients in Stockport. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across North West for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day
- Negotiate fees, prices or terms
- Use the CRM to track activity and opportunities
- Build a pipeline that grows your monthly earnings
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- New homes or property sales, Customer focus, Weekend availability
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
