About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Upgrades Advisor for employers in Northampton and across West Northamptonshire. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Call customers whose contracts are due for renewal
- Explain renewal options and pricing clearly
- Offer upgrades that suit the customer’s needs
- Handle objections and save at-risk customers
- Record outcomes and follow-ups in the system
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Upselling on the phone, Customer service, Target-driven
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
