About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor for clients in Blackpool. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Blackpool for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Manage clinical negligence or serious injury matters
- Investigate liability including expert evidence
- Prepare detailed schedules of loss
- Work closely with clients over the life of a claim
- Instruct and liaise with counsel
- Maintain strict limitation and file discipline
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
