About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor for clients in Blackburn. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Blackburn with Darwen for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy PI department
- Open files and carry out initial client interviews
- Obtain records, evidence and medical reports
- Draft routine correspondence and court forms
- Keep the case management system current
- Assist with costs schedules
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
