About this role
Focus Recruitment places Private Client Solicitors with law firms throughout Mirfield and the wider West Yorkshire area. Our legal desk works directly with practice managers and partners, so we can tell you what a firm is genuinely like before you interview.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, STEP desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
