About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Private Client Solicitor for clients in Huddersfield. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, STEP desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
