Our sales desk is recruiting a Quotes and Sales Advisor for an established employer in Eastleigh. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Call warm leads and follow up quotes promptly
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
- Process orders and take payments over the phone
- Upsell and cross-sell where it suits the customer
- Keep customer records up to date
- Work as part of a supportive, target-driven sales team
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Quoting and pricing, Confident on the phone, Accurate data entry
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
