About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Customer Success Manager in Eastleigh. Our Hampshire clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Build strong relationships with key contacts
- Run regular account reviews by phone and in person
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Resolve issues and protect revenue
- Report on account performance and growth
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Customer success, Renewals and expansion, CRM experience
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
