About this role
We are looking for a Renewals Specialist to join one of our clients in Watford. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Hertfordshire for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Call customers whose contracts are due for renewal
- Explain renewal options and pricing clearly
- Offer upgrades that suit the customer’s needs
- Handle objections and save at-risk customers
- Record outcomes and follow-ups in the system
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Renewals and retention, Excellent phone manner, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
