About this role
Our Staffordshire clients have a standing need for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Cannock. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
