We recruit Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners for practices operating throughout Stafford and Staffordshire. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters
- Progress files proactively to exchange and completion
- Advise clients on title, searches and lender requirements
- Work to the firm’s risk and compliance procedures
- Build relationships with local agents and introducers
- Support junior colleagues where appropriate
What you need
- Proven experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
