About this role
We recruit Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners for practices operating throughout Lincoln and Lincolnshire. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
