Our Nottinghamshire clients have a standing need for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Mansfield. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters
- Progress files proactively to exchange and completion
- Advise clients on title, searches and lender requirements
- Work to the firm’s risk and compliance procedures
- Build relationships with local agents and introducers
- Support junior colleagues where appropriate
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
