About this role

We recruit Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners for practices operating throughout Nottingham and City of Nottingham. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.

What you will be doing

  • Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
  • Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
  • Report to clients clearly on title and searches
  • Manage exchange and completion processes
  • Keep the case management system fully up to date
  • Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships

What you need

  • Background in a comparable legal role
  • CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
  • Comfortable using case management systems
  • Discreet and professional with confidential matters
  • Right to work in the UK
