About this role
We are looking for a Account Manager to join one of our clients in Rotherham. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients
- Understand each client’s goals and plan how to grow the account
- Negotiate renewals and contract extensions
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver for clients
- Keep account records and forecasts accurate in the CRM
- Hit retention and growth targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
