About this role
Focus Recruitment places Account Managers with employers throughout Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area. Our sales desk knows these teams well and can tell you honestly what the targets, leads and commission really look like.
What you will be doing
- Look after a book of key or national accounts
- Agree annual plans, pricing and promotions
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Track sales against budget and act on gaps
- Build relationships at several levels in each account
- Present performance reviews to clients
What you need
- Proven background as a account manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
