About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Estate Administration Fee Earner for firms in Rugby and across Warwickshire. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place estate administration fee earners throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- Probate caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
