About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Partnerships Manager for an established employer in Sunderland. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Open new accounts across an assigned territory or sector
- Qualify opportunities and manage a structured sales process
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within guidelines
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Share insights with marketing and product teams
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets
What you need
- Proven background as a partnerships manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- Partnership management, Commercial negotiation, Relationship building
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
