About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor for firms in Sutton Coldfield and across West Midlands. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place commercial property solicitors throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across the department
- Draft routine correspondence and documents
- Manage file opening, closing and compliance checks
- Track deadlines and key dates
- Deal with client and third party enquiries
- Maintain accurate records throughout
What you need
- Proven experience as a commercial property solicitor
- SRA admitted, 2+ years PQE
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
