About this role
We are looking for a Automotive Sales Manager to join one of our clients in Swindon. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Swindon for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Own the sales strategy for your area or product
- Forecast revenue accurately
- Improve sales processes and use of the CRM
- Support the team on key deals and negotiations
