About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Customer Retention Advisor for an established employer in Darlington. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders and admin
- Process orders and keep the CRM accurate
- Liaise with customers on delivery and progress
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
- Handle customer queries by phone and email
- Coordinate between sales, operations and finance
What you need
- Proven background as a customer retention advisor, or strong transferable sales skills
- Excellent phone manner, Retention and save conversations, Customer service
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
