About this role
We are looking for a Telesales Team Leader to join one of our clients in Crawley. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across West Sussex for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Manage day-to-day sales floor activity
- Track call volumes, conversion and quality
- Coach new starters through their first months
- Spot top performers and develop them
- Make sure every sale follows compliance rules
- Prepare weekly reports for the management team
What you need
- Proven background as a telesales team leader, or strong transferable sales skills
- Telesales experience, Team leadership, Call monitoring and coaching
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
