About this role
Focus Recruitment places Trusts and Estates Solicitors with law firms throughout Basingstoke and the wider Hampshire area. Our legal desk works directly with practice managers and partners, so we can tell you what a firm is genuinely like before you interview.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters
- Draft wills, LPAs and trust documentation
- Administer estates from application to distribution
- Advise clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Attend client meetings including home visits where needed
- Maintain files to firm and regulatory standards
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, STEP
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
