About this role
We recruit Matrimonial Finance Solicitors for practices operating throughout Wrexham and Wrecsam – Wrexham. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of family matters including divorce and finance
- Advise clients sensitively and clearly on their options
- Prepare court documentation and attend hearings where required
- Draft applications, statements and correspondence
- Work within Legal Aid requirements where applicable
- Meet billing and file management standards
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, Resolution member desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
