About this role
We are looking for a Account Executive to join one of our clients in Lincoln. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Lincolnshire for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients
- Understand each client’s goals and plan how to grow the account
- Negotiate renewals and contract extensions
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver for clients
- Keep account records and forecasts accurate in the CRM
- Hit retention and growth targets
What you need
- Proven background as a account executive, or strong transferable sales skills
- Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
