About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for clients in Barrow-in-Furness. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Westmorland and Furness for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Proven experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
