About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor in Aberdeen. Our Aberdeen City clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy PI department
- Open files and carry out initial client interviews
- Obtain records, evidence and medical reports
- Draft routine correspondence and court forms
- Keep the case management system current
- Assist with costs schedules
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, AvMA desirable
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
