About this role
Our Aberdeen City clients have a standing need for a Probate Assistant, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Aberdeen. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- Probate admin experience
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
