About this role
We recruit Court of Protection Paralegals for practices operating throughout Sunderland and North East. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters
- Draft wills, LPAs and trust documentation
- Administer estates from application to distribution
- Advise clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Attend client meetings including home visits where needed
- Maintain files to firm and regulatory standards
What you need
- Proven experience as a court of protection paralegal
- Law degree
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
