About this role
We are looking for a Account Manager to join one of our clients in Darlington. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Darlington for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Look after a book of key or national accounts
- Agree annual plans, pricing and promotions
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Track sales against budget and act on gaps
- Build relationships at several levels in each account
- Present performance reviews to clients
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
