About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Customer Service Sales Advisor for an established employer in Eastleigh. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Call customers whose contracts are due for renewal
- Explain renewal options and pricing clearly
- Offer upgrades that suit the customer’s needs
- Handle objections and save at-risk customers
- Record outcomes and follow-ups in the system
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Excellent phone manner, Customer service, Accurate data entry
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
