About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Head of Sales for an established employer in Cambridge. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales people
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Monitor calls, pipeline and performance against KPIs
- Run team meetings, training and one-to-ones
- Recruit and onboard new sales staff
- Report results and forecasts to senior management
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Sales leadership, Forecasting and budgets, Team building
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
