Hiring BREEAM Assessor in Dumfries | Indeed

About this role

If you are a BREEAM Assessor based in or near Dumfries, we would like to hear from you. Our Dumfries and Galloway clients have a steady flow of planning-led projects and need specialists who can deliver robust, defensible assessments to deadline.

What you will be doing

• Carry out retrofit assessments to PAS 2035
• Complete RdSAP energy assessments and condition reports
• Survey occupied homes and record ventilation and moisture risks
• Upload data and photos accurately on the day
• Work with retrofit coordinators and installers
• Plan your own diary of home visits

What you need

• Relevant qualification in building services, energy or sustainability
• Licensed BREEAM Assessor, BREEAM New Construction / Refurbishment, Evidence management and design team liaison
• Good knowledge of Building Regulations
• Full UK driving licence for site visits
• Right to work in the UK
