About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for clients in Sheffield. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
