What you will be doing
- Carry out retrofit assessments to PAS 2035
- Complete RdSAP energy assessments and condition reports
- Survey occupied homes and record ventilation and moisture risks
- Upload data and photos accurately on the day
- Work with retrofit coordinators and installers
- Plan your own diary of home visits
What you need
- Energy, sustainability or retrofit experience
- Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment (PAS 2035), Domestic Energy Assessor (RdSAP), Full UK driving licence
- Organised, accurate record-keeping
- Comfortable with residents and site teams
- Right to work in the UK
