About this role
We are looking for Retrofit Assessor to join our clients in Portsmouth. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across Yorkshire and the Humber that are growing their assessment teams.
What you will be doing
- Prepare Energy Statements and Sustainability Statements for planning
- Run SAP and SBEM calculations
- Act as BREEAM Assessor from pre-assessment to final certification
- Advise design teams on Part L, overheating and renewables
- Collate and review evidence from the design team
- Report on carbon reduction and planning policy compliance
What you need
- Relevant qualification in building services, energy or sustainability
- Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment (PAS 2035), Domestic Energy Assessor (RdSAP), Full UK driving licence
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations
- Full UK driving licence for site visits
- Right to work in the UK
