About this role
Our Yorkshire and the Humber clients have a standing need for a Wills and Probate Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Bradford. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Handle estate administration from start to finish
- Prepare IHT forms and apply for grants of probate
- Deal with asset realisation and distribution
- Communicate with beneficiaries clearly and sensitively
- Keep accurate estate accounts
- Meet billing and file review requirements
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted or CILEX
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
