About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Wills and Probate Solicitor for firms in Keighley and across Yorkshire and the Humber. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place wills and probate solicitors throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Advise on trusts, estate planning and Court of Protection matters
- Draft and review complex documentation
- Work with financial advisers and accountants
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Support business development in the department
What you need
- Proven experience as a wills and probate solicitor
- SRA admitted or CILEX
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
